Absence management;
Coaching and other management development activities
Disciplinary and Grievance matters;
Employee wellbeing including liaison with Occupational Health Services;
Performance management;
Policy development;
Monitoring probationary periods; and
Attending various committees and HR related meetings including joint negotiating and consultation meetings with Trade Unions, and Facilities Management meetings.
