  • Coaching and other management development activities
  • Disciplinary and Grievance matters;
  • Employee wellbeing including liaison with Occupational Health Services;
  • Performance management;
  • Policy development;
  • Monitoring probationary periods;
  • Attending various committees and HR related meetings including joint negotiating and consultation meetings with Trade unions, Health & Safety meetings, Facilities Management meetings, etc.
