“Today’s presentation of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission’s advice on the Bill of Rights is welcome.
“I hope that the Secretary of State carefully assesses and acts to make sure that children and young people’s rights are protected and enhanced.
“I also call on the Secretary of State and the Northern Ireland Executive to bring the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child fully into law.
