At NICCY we recognise that our greatest asset is our people. In February 2019 NICCY was awarded accreditation against the Investors in People standard which further demonstrates our commitment to our staff and to their development. Successful accreditation against the Investors in People standard shows an employer’s appreciation that it is people who make a successful organisation.
Organisations achieve Investors in People accreditation based on a tried and tested methodology of leading practice and a rigorous process of assessment involving all its people. NICCY’s accreditation covers the 2019 to 2022 period and during this time, NICCY will continue to involve, develop and motivate its staff to reach their potential, deliver effectively and maintain a supportive and collegial organisational culture.

Over the coming years NICCY will ensure that steps will continue to be taken to provide encouragement and commitment to/from staff in delivering on our remit to safeguard and promote the rights of children and young people across NI.
