Employee Relations

Human Resources provides a high quality professional advice and guidance service to staff and to work with managers on a range of HR activities including:

  • Absence management;
  • Coaching and other management development activities
  • Disciplinary and Grievance matters;
  • Employee wellbeing including liaison with Occupational Health Services;
  • Performance management;
  • Policy development;
  • Monitoring probationary periods; and
  • Attending various committees and HR related meetings including joint negotiating and consultation meetings with Trade Unions, and Facilities Management meetings.
