You can get advice on staying healthy at the following websites: 

  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service – Belfast Health and Social Care Trust has collated information on services and resources that can help with mental health of children and young people. See the guide here
  • CCEA Guide on Supporting your health and well-being – CCEA have a number of resources in their well-being hub for post-primary pupils See the resource here 
  • Stay Connected – With limited opportunity for young people to access services and support, the EA Youth Services and their Voluntary Youth Service partners want to ensure you are still getting the help you need. The EA Youth Work team are still here to listen, support, help and signpost you other support services through online methods and by telephone – you can visit their website for more information here and apply directly for support by completing their online form here
  • AMH New Life Counselling – provides counselling services to children and young people. Offices are currently closed due to Covid 19 but they will continue to provide online and telephone counselling. Young people and their families can make a referral through their website. They also have information on self-help. You can contact at 02890 391630 or through their website here
