The Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People are considering applications for young people to join its Youth Engagement Forum.
The NICCY Youth Engagement Forum (NYEF) is a mostly online forum helps the Commissioner, NICCY Youth Panel and NICCY staff in their day-to-day work. The Youth Engagement Forum is made up of young people who share their experiences and thoughts with the Commissioner and help NICCY make decisions about issues that affect children and young people. It is important that we hear from young people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
If you live in NI, we would welcome your application. At present opportunities, projects and meetings are held online. If you are aged 12-17 (Year 13) or up to 21 if you have a disability or care experienced and are interested in applying to the Youth Engagement Forum, please follow the link to complete an application form).
The Youth Engagement Forum have their own private area of the website with resources, information and updates on the work they are involved in.
