Freedom of Association anNOT-WELCOME_01_R01.jpgd Peaceful Assembly

You have the right to meeting peacefully in groups, and to move freely without interference.

The government should:

  • Not allow the use of ‘mosquito devices‘ in public spaces
  • Record what action is taken against children to deal with anti-social behaviour, and make sure this action is reasonable.

What are Mosquito Devices?

These are sometimes found in places where young people are likely to meet up. They make a very high pitched noise that can only be heard by young people.
