NICCY’s Legal and Investigations team deals with complaints from children and young people and/or their parent/carers about the services they receive or the way they are treated.
If you are a child or young person and need to talk to someone, you can call Childline free on 0800 1111 at any time.
If you have a media enquiry, you can call the office on 028 90311 616 and ask to speak to a member of the Communications team or email communications@niccy.org (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
NICCY is designated as a Prescribed Person and, as such, can assist individuals from external organisations who have a disclosure to make on a matter relating to the safeguarding and promotion of the rights and best interests of children and young people.
