NICCY’s Legal and Investigations team deals with complaints from children and young people and/or their parent/carers, about the services they receive or the way they are treated.

NICCY is designated as a Prescribed Person and as such can assist individuals from external organisations who have a disclosure to make on a matter relating to the safeguarding and promotion of the rights and best interests of children and young people.
