Human Resources provides a full personnel service to all NICCY departments and staff, ranging from recruitment and contractual support to an advisory function on operational and strategic matters.

There are four core areas:

• Learning and Development

• Access to Information.

Protected Disclosure

NICCY is designated as a Prescribed Person and as such can assist individuals from external organisations who have a disclosure to make on a matter relating to the safeguarding and promotion of the rights and best interests of children and young people. You can find our more here.
