Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People, Patricia Lewsley, today condemned the ongoing spate of hoax devices left at St Colm’s High School, Twinbrook.

Ms Lewsley said those involved in leaving the hoax devices had no regard for the lives or education of children and young people.

“Whatever motivation those behind these devices have it is a clear attack on children and young people,” she said. “The devices are not only preventing pupils attending classes, but are causing unnecessary distress.

“Those behind these incidents must stop immediately.”
