The European Network of Ombudspersons for Children (ENOC) held its 22nd Annual Conference on 19-21 September 2018 in Paris, France.

Its theme was ”Children’s rights and wellbeing, promoting mental health” and it adopted position statements on the following three areas:

Child Mental Health
Intercountry Adoption
The Right to Education of Children on the Move
