Following our recent Investors in People (IIP) assessment, we are delighted to have been awarded ‘We Invest in People’ Silver.
Our Human Resources Officer, Scott Robinson, said: “Following our previous accreditation in 2022, this is another testament to the ongoing commitment our organisation has to investing in our people, demonstrating that we believe in developing, empowering and leading as we continue to champion for children and young people’s rights in Northern Ireland.
“I would like to acknowledge and thank everyone who helped shape and implement actions that ensure the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People remains a great place to work.
“I would also like to say a big thank you to Stephanie McCutcheon from Investors in People, who helped guide us through the reaccreditation process.
