Claire Logan – Human Resources Officer

Claire joined NICCY in 2026 as the Human Resources Officer and has over 25 years’ experience in HR, Finance, Office Management, project planning and delivery, compliance monitoring and board level support with local and international organisations. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

As the Human Resources Officer, Claire works closely with the Senior Corporate Services Officer to support the delivery of the employee life cycle, including the review of policies and procedures, HR system support, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, as well as feeding into the wider organisational areas of work.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
