Deborah Crawford LL.M – Legal and Investigations Advice Officer

Deborah graduated from the University of Ulster in 1998. She worked for over 15 years as an advocate in various voluntary organisations including Victim Support NI and the Citizens Advice Bureau. She joined NICCY in 2013 and obtained her L.L.M in Human Rights Law from the University of Ulster in 2016. Deborah represents clients at various tribunals for NICCY including SENDIST, school expulsion tribunals, and exceptional circumstances body hearings.

Outside of work Deborah is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Community Advice Antrim and Newtownabbey.
