Scott Robinson – Senior Corporate Services Officer

Scott joined NICCY in October 2023.

His main experience comes from working in the public and third sector, with a stint in the private sector. Scott’s area of expertise focuses on HR evaluation and transformation, with a key focus on people strategies, policy effectiveness and workforce development.

He graduated from Edinburgh Business School with a First Class Honours in International Business Management with Human Resource Management, specialising in Strategic HR, Culture and Contemporary Workforce Evaluation (CWE).

In his role at NICCY, Scott primarily works across Corporate Services, focusing particularly on Governance, Finance, HR, Premises, IT and Admin. As part of Scott’s work, he supports the Chief Executive in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services delivery, ensuring NICCY has enough resource to fulfil obligations while meeting KPIs through action plans or strategies in line with the Corporate Plan and Business Plans. In addition to his duties, Scott manages our compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, and is our Data Protection Officer.

In his spare time, Scott is active within community and voluntary sector, from leading change strategies to governance and accountability roles. When he gets a chance, he enjoys travelling, playing badminton and getting outdoors as much as possible!
