While we are not able to provide advice on the detail on all of the proposals within the draft Disability Strategy 2025-2035, we would draw your attention to a number of key children’s rights principles for your consideration, including the need for Children’s Rights Impact Assessments. We have also provided some commentary and questions relating to ‘Outcome 8: Children and Young People’.
