NICCY welcomes the opportunity to provide advice to the Committee as part of their deliberations on the Marriage and Civil Partnership Bill and notes that our comments are not intended to be comprehensive but instead address the key aspects of the legislation which most directly engage children and young people’s rights and best interests.
