The Good Friday or Belfast Agreement was one of the most progressive political acts affecting Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, bringing peace and power sharing after years of conflict.
Young people in our schools, youth organisations and other training and educational organisations weren’t even born when the Agreement was signed.
Recognising the Good Friday Agreement was a starting point, not the finishing line, young people from the NICCY Youth Panel and Youth@CLC spent some time exploring their thoughts about living with the Good Friday Agreement, its impact on their lives and their thoughts on their future lives.
