Senior Management Team (SMT)

The Senior Management Team is comprised of the Chief Executive and Heads of Departments.  In line with individual roles and functions they are responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of NICCY’s Corporate and Annual Business Plans as per NICCY’s statutory duties and powers, maintaining best practice in corporate governance and adhering to the values, staff charter and principles underpinning our work.  SMT work to an agreed terms of reference.

Leadership and Management Team (LMT)

The Leadership and Management Team are responsible for providing effective and efficient leadership and management in delivering on organisational objectives and targets, cross disciplinary workstreams and core business.  This is done in line with individual roles, remits and responsibilities maintaining best practice in adhering to the values, staff charter and principles underpinning NICCY’s work.
