To help decide what the Commissioner should do for children and young people, they produce a Corporate Plan every three years, and an annual Business Plan setting out what will be done each year.
Before agreeing their Corporate Plan the Commissioner speaks to a wide range of stakeholders – including children and young people – who advise NICCY on areas that they wish to see included.
