The Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People today published an invitation to tender for a major piece of research into how Northern Ireland children are faring in terms of their rights against the standard of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Suitably qualified research teams are invited to respond by 29th November.
