NICCY’s Legal and Investigations team deals with complaints from children and young people and/or their parent/carers, about the services they receive or the way they are treated.

General Enquiries – you can contact us in a number of different ways: 

Need to talk?

If you are a child or young person and need to talk to someone, you can call Childline free on 0800 1111 at any time.

Media Enquiry

If you have a media enquiry you can call the office on 028 90311 616 and ask to speak to a member of the Communications Team, email Communications@niccy.org or call mobile 07917 544 177 Monday – Friday (9am and 5pm).

Protected Disclosure

NICCY is designated as a Prescribed Person and as such can assist individuals from external organisations who have a disclosure to make on a matter relating to the safeguarding and promotion of the rights and best interests of children and young people. You can find out more about Protected Disclosures here.
