Scott Robinson – Human Resources Officer

Scott joined NICCY in October 2023.

His main experience comes from working in the public and third sector, with a stint in the private sector. Scott’s area of expertise focuses on HR evaluation and transformation, with a key focus on reviewing policies against people-related practices.

He graduated from Edinburgh Business School with a First Class Honours in International Business Management with Human Resource Management, specialising in Strategic HR, Culture and Contemporary Workforce Evaluation (CWE).

In his role at NICCY, Scott works across all functions to implement the People Strategy whilst managing the day-to-day function of Human Resources in line with the Corporate Plan and Business Plans. In addition to his HR duties, Scott manages our compliance with the Health and Safety regulations, and is our Data Protection Officer.

In his spare time, Scott holds numerous active roles within Scouts NI, from leading change strategies to governance and accountability roles. When he gets a chance, he enjoys travelling, playing badminton and getting outdoors as much as possible!
